Grilled Steak with Spiced Wedges, Broccolini and Chimichurri Sauce
For the steak lovers!
2 - 3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges (skin on)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Just Flavour Peri Peri seasoning
2 x 300g porterhouse steak - follow our Steak Tips for best results
2 tsp Just Flavour's Everything seasoning
1 serve of Just Flavour's Delicious Chimichurri Sauce
1 bunch of broccolini
Begin with preparing the wedges. Cut roughly 4 - 6 wedges each potato, keep the skin on. Mix with oil, Just Flavour Peri Peri and salt.
Line air fryer basket with baking paper, place wedges on top. Cook for 20 minutes on 180°c.
- If you're preparing the chimichurri sauce, you can follow the recipe here. The sauce can store in the fridge for 2 - 3 weeks and is handy to have prepared ready to go!
Steam broccolini for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve all together with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce and enjoy!
