1. ROOM TEMP
About 30 minutes prior to cooking, bring the steak up to room temp, as this will ensure even cooking 🙌🏽

The steak, not you 🤣 Personally, this is the MOST important step!!! Rest steak about 5 minutes after cooking, loosely covered in foil.
Well not because the steak is tired 😂 but to retain moisture and FLAVOUR! 👌🏽 keep in mind, the internal temperature will continue cooking as the food cools.
