Today we’re sharing our Lighter ‘butter’ chicken recipe using 2 Just Flavour blends, as the spices are very similar 🙌🏽

We are also using Greek yoghurt instead of cream, for a tangy, low fat, high protein version. However, you can of course use cream, up to you! 🤗

When using yoghurt however, it is important to turn off the heat and mix through at the end. This will help prevent the yoghurt from separating due to its structure. The corn flour will also help it to stabilize.

It’s not the end of the world if this happens, but for those looking for a ‘lighter’ healthier version, it’s totally worth it and the flavours are fantastic! 👌🏽
