You can use any of our flavours to create homemade croutons, today we went with spicy peri peri, enjoy!
Ingredients

2 slices of crust or stale bread (Helga's Wholemeal)

1/2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp Just Flavour spicy Peri Peri
-
salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 180ºc. Cut the slices into 1 cm cubes, add to a bowl. Mix cubes with oil, seasoning and salt until well combined.
Scatter onto a lined baking tray and cook for 12 minutes or until golden. Remove and allow to stand for a few minutes before adding to salads or soups, enjoy!

Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
