I don't know about you, but food waste doesn't sit well with me 🙅🏽♀️ So I try to find ways to use everything up, without compromising my health or flavour 🙌🏽 We love bread, but it doesn't last long here in the tropics, so we store the leftovers in the freezer 🍞 Here are 3 great ways to use up leftover bread, that are seasoned with Just Flavour 🤗 1. Homemade Italian bread crumbs 2. Homemade croutons 3. Mini ham and corn toast cups
Preheat oven to 180ºc. Cut the slices into 1 cm cubes, add to a bowl. Mix cubes with oil, seasoning and salt until well combined.
Scatter onto a lined baking tray and cook for 12 minutes or until golden. Remove and allow to stand for a few minutes before adding to salads or soups, enjoy!
