Your midweek meal sorted! We used our @justflavourco Spicy Peri Peri, @vettapasta fettuccine, smoked salmon, semi-dried tomatoes, capers and ricotta with this dish 😍 We like using ricotta in creamy pasta dishes, as we find it's much lighter than using cream, plus it contains more protein. However, if you prefer cream, go for it! 👍🏽
