We used our @justflavourco Spicy Peri Peri, @vettapasta fettuccine, smoked salmon, semi-dried tomatoes, capers and ricotta with this dish 😍 We like using ricotta in creamy pasta dishes, as we find it's much lighter than using cream, plus it contains more protein. However, if you prefer cream, go for it! 👍🏽
Creamy Salmon Fettuccine

Our Spicy Peri Peri gives this dish a good kick of heat and really brings all the flavours together! 👌🏽

Ingredients
- 200g Vetta fettuccine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sml onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely diced

1 tbsp Just Flavour Spicy Peri Peri
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1/4 cup semi-dried toms
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup smooth ricotta
- spring onions (optional)
Directions
Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Set aside and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic for a few minutes.
Add Just Flavour Peri Peri, pasta water, tomatoes, capers, salmon and ricotta, stir together on low.
Add cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve with spring onions, enjoy!
