Delicious flavours of garlic, chilli, tomato and prawns makes this dish vibrant and moreish. We used Just Flavour's spicy Peri Peri and Italian with @artisanpasta 's roasted garlic and chilli linguine to bring this dish together. Give it a go, it'll be ready in about 20 minutes!
Chilli Prawn Linguine
Great for your mid-week meal or meal prep!
- Cook pasta according to packet. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium. Sauté onion for a few minutes. Deglaze with wine.
Add prawns, Just Flavour Italian and spicy peri peri to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until prawns begin to turn opaque.
Add ¼ cup of pasta water to the pan with cooked pasta and tomatoes, toss to combine.
Turn off the heat, add spinach to finish off, with salt and pepper, mix well.
Serve with parmesan and fresh lemon wedges if you wish. Enjoy!
