Great for a quick lunch!

Ingredients

1 tsp Just Flavour spicy Peri Peri
-
2 tsp sesame oil
-
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 x 100g salmon fillet, skin off, cubed
-
1/2 cup cooked rice

Salads of your choice! We used a kale slaw kit and fresh avo

Drizzle of kewpie or aioli (optional)
Directions
Mix together Just Flavour Peri Peri, sesame oil, vinegar, soy and salmon cubes. Mix well, set aside.
Assemble your bowl with warm rice, desired salads, avo and a drizzle of aioli if you prefer, set aside.
Lightly spray a non-stick pan with oil and fry the salmon for 1 - 2 minutes or cooked to your liking.
Serve on top of your bowl and enjoy!
