Healthy, home cooked meals in minutes is what we're about! 👏🏽 Played around with the classic San Choy Bow dish and managed to put this together in around 12 - 15 minutes 🙌🏽
I don't know about you, but we're also into using minimal ingredients to reduce cooking time and food waste 🤗 Just Flavour blends allows for the time poor to skip chopping the onion and garlic (unless you want to) whilst still providing flavour! 😆
Everyone needs to cook at some point, even if you hate it 😂 so why not make it easier on yourself and ditch prepping the million and 1 ingredients and Just use Flavour 😆
Pork San Choy Bow
Lunch / Dinner
1 tbsp Just Flavour Oriental seasoning
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp peanut oil
500g lean pork mince
410g can baby corn spears, drained
225g can sliced water chestnut, drained
lettuce - either iceberg or cos
bean sprouts and spring onion to garnish
For the sauce, mix together Oriental, corn flour and sesame oil with 1/2 cup of water until lumps dissolve, set aside.
Heat peanut oil and brown pork for 5 minutes.
Drain and diagonally slice baby corn in half. Add to the pork with water chestnut and sauce.
Cook for a further 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Adjust salt and pepper.
Serve into lettuce cups topped with bean sprouts and spring onions, enjoy! ✌🏽
