Our Oriental seasoning keeps selling out! It is clearly a fav since we recently launched this flavour to our collection 😍 we try our best not to pick favourites, but between you and me, we can't get enough! We find ourselves adding Oriental to almost everything 🤤
This flavour is a fusion of classic Asian spices blended with coriander, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, Himalayan salt, mild chilli, galangal and turmeric. It makes cooking this chicken stir fry even quicker, easier and delicious!
Chicken Noodle Stir fry
Dinner / Lunch / Meal Prep
1 tbsp Just Flavour Oriental
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 cup chicken stock, salt reduced or water
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp peanut oil
300g chicken thigh, sliced into strips
300g stir fry veg, approx. 3 cups. Optional to prep your own veg or use pre-cut stir fry veg. We used carrot, broccoli, beans and zucchini
1 x 200g packet of Wokka wholegrain noodles
crushed cashews for garnish (optional)
Mix together sauce ingredients until lumps have dissolved, set aside.
Heat oil on medium to high and fry chicken for about 5 minutes until browned.
Add vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
Add the sauce and noodles, continue stir frying for a few more minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Keep an eye on the heat and reduce if necessary, as the sauce will thicken. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, mix well and serve. Garnish with crushed cashews and spring onions (optional) enjoy!
