Sweet Potato Chips
Serves 2 - 3
- 500g sweet potato (can use any potato)
- 1 tbsp JF Italian
- 1 tsp olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 180°c. Peel potatoes and cut into chips. Or if you like a rustic chip, keep the skin on!
Place into a large bowl with seasoning and oil. Coat evenly and spread chips onto a large, lined baking tray.
Cook for 20 minutes, remove the tray and mix the chips around so they continue to cook evenly. Bake for a further 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve as a side dish, or a large bowl with your favourite sauce or even use as meal prep.
TIP: Use a large, flat baking tray to avoid overcrowding the chips. If they are piled on top of each other, they will steam. This will cause the chips to become soggy. Spreading them out evenly will give you the best chance of achieving crispy, oven baked chips!
