Roast Veggies

Everything Roast Veg

Serves 2 or more

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp JF Everything seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 kg veggies (raw weight)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°c. In a large bowl, add Everything seasoning, oil, garlic and mix well.

 

Chop veggies and add to the bowl. Mix all together and coat evenly. 

 

Bake in a lined tray for 30 minutes or until cooked. 

 

TIP: Great as sides, bulk meal prep or as a full bowl of veggies.
