Peri Peri Pork
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp JF Peri Peri seasoning
- Cracked pepper
- 1kg pork spare ribs
Preheat oven to 160°c. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the pork after the sauce has been mixed well.
Neatly lay the pork In a lined baking tray and pour sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and turn the pork. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes until sauce has caramelised.
Serve with rice, veggies or use as meal prep.
TIP: Try this with 1kg of chicken wings or pork ribs for a different flavour!
