- 1 tsp JF Peri Peri
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 chicken tenderloins or 1 small chicken thigh
- 1 wrap
- Fillings of your choice
- Aioli or sweet chilli sauce
Mix together peri peri, oil and chicken in a bowl.
Fry tenderloins for a few minutes on each side or cook thigh for about 10 minutes.
Assemble wrap with fillings of your choice and drizzle with your favourite sauce. Top with peri peri chicken and wrap it up!
Enjoy as is or serve with sweet potato chips.
TIP: Switch up your protein or try another JF seasoning blend!
