Moroccan Prawn Mango Salad
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 100g salad mix
- 50g chick peas
- 1 mango cheek
- ½ avo
- 1 tsp JF Moroccan seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 150g prawns
Dressing:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp seeded mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ lime, juiced
Method:
Place salad ingredients into a serving bowl.
Mix Moroccan seasoning, oil, garlic and prawns together in another bowl.
Sauté for a few minutes until prawns are cooked.
Shake up dressing ingredients in a small jar and serve all together.
