Moroccan Chicken burgers
- Salad of your choice
- 2 tsp JF Moroccan seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 bread rolls
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Prepare salad ingredients of your choice and set aside.
Mix together Moroccan seasoning, oil and lemon juice in a bowl, set aside.
Butterfly cut the chicken breast so you have two halves. This will allow the chicken to cook evenly and quickly. Add chicken to the bowl and evenly coat.
Cook chicken for 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Toast bread rolls or keep fresh and start building your burger. Add all ingredients together and enjoy.
