Mexican Pulled Pork Tacos
Makes 10 mini tacos
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 1 cup wombok, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 3 tbsp aioli
- 1 avo, cubed
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 cups JF Mexican Pulled Pork (see recipe)
- 10 mini soft tortillas
- Coriander and lime wedges to garnish
Combine carrot, wombok, cabbage and aioli together in a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, mix together avo, lime, salt and pepper.
Fry up Pulled Pork as per previous recipe instructions. Serve all together and enjoy!
