Lamb Cutlets
Serves 3 - 4
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp JF Moroccan seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 8 - 9 cutlets or 1 lamb rack cut into cutlets (approx. 800g)
Tzatziki:
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup cucumber, grated
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Method:
Combine Moroccan, oil, garlic and lemon in a large bowl.
Add lamb cutlets and allow to marinate.
Mix all Tzatziki ingredients together. Make sure to squeeze out liquid from the grated cucumber with paper towel.
Cook lamb cutlets in a pan, grill or great on the BBQ.
Serve with your choice of sides. We used couscous Greek salad or try our Everything Roast Veg!
TIP: Switch up your JF seasoning for a different flavour! This recipe can also be halved.
