Garlic Mash with Everything
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, whole
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp JF Everything seasoning
- 1 tsp seeded mustard
Boil potatoes with garlic until cooked. Once potatoes are soft, drain liquid leaving ¼ cup in the pot.
Add butter, Everything seasoning, seeded mustard and mash until smooth. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt and pepper if required.
Serve as a side or use for meal prep.
