So good! And super filling! 😍 if you’re not into prawns, you can always switch to chicken, tuna, or a plant-based alternative 🤗
Not going to lie, tahini isn’t my fav in terms of flavour. It’s bitter and I’ve never enjoyed it since my chef apprentice days making hummus 😅
However, I love that it’s super creamy and nutty and wanted to create a dressing with it 🤗
I mixed the tahini with greek yoghurt for the added protein and to help counteract the bitterness.
Along with lemon juice, @justflavourco ‘s natural Moroccan seasoning, sugar free maple syrup and salt.
Once mixed together with the salad and prawns, you can taste vibrant, nutty, creamy Moroccan flavours that’s a little bit sweet and a little bit savoury 👌🏽
No bitterness at all and a great lunch or meal prep idea 🙌🏽
