Australia Day snack idea! 👌🏽🇦🇺 It's pretty Australian to have a BBQ with sausages, but if you want to switch things up a little, give our simple Moroccan Pork Sausage Rolls a go! 😍
For our vego friends, substitute pork with 500g grated veggies, squeeze excess liquid and mix with 1 egg, we got you! 😉
Moroccan Pork Sausage Rolls
500g pork mince
1 tbsp JF Moroccan
1/2 tsp salt
2 sheets puff pastry
egg wash (1 egg + dash of milk whisked)
Preheat oven to 200°c. Mix pork mince, Moroccan and salt until well combined. Divide mixture into 4.
Cut pastry sheets in half so you have 4 rectangles. Place ¼ of mixture along a rectangle sheet of pastry.
Tightly and evenly roll into a long sausage. Keep sealed side facing down. Cut sausage rolls into 4.
Place on a lined baking tray. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
Bake for 20 mins, or until golden! Rotate tray halfway. Serve with tomato sauce, enjoy!
