Just Flavour blends are super versatile! Here's another dish you can make using the Moroccan blend.
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
-
2 potatoes, peeled, cubed small

1 chilli, deseeded, finely diced

500g chicken thigh, diced
-
1 tbsp Just Flavour Moroccan seasoning
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
1 lime, juiced
-
1 tbsp fish sauce
-
1 x 400g can coconut cream
Directions
Heat oil, fry potatoes with chilli for 2 minutes. Add chicken and brown for 4 minutes.
Add Moroccan and garam masala, cook for another minute. By now you may have some brown bits sticking to the bottom of the pan. This is your flavour building up! Control the temperature around medium - low.
Add lime juice and fish sauce, begin to scrape and lift the brown bits on the bottom. Add coconut cream after about a minute.
Gently simmer with the lid on for about 15 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Take the lid off for the last 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
Meanwhile prep your sides. If serving with rice, put this on first.
Once the curry has reduced and potatoes are tender, turn off the heat. Adjust the salt and pepper, serve all together, enjoy! ✌🏽
