Creamy Moroccan Lamb Curry

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, finely diced

1 tbsp Just Flavour Moroccan
1 tsp garam masala
1 x 400ml can coconut cream
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
500g diced lamb
1 cup frozen green peas
Directions
In a large pot, saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add Just Flavour Moroccan and garam masala and stir for another 2 minutes.
Add the coconut cream, fish sauce, lime juice, chicken stock, potatoes and lamb. Mix well and bring to a simmer with the lid half on, for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take off the lid for the last 10 minutes to allow the liquid to reduce and thicken. Add the green peas and continue to simmer.
Check the lamb pieces are tender, add salt and pepper to taste. If the lamb requires more cooking, continue to simmer until soft.
Once the lamb is tender and the curry is seasoned, serve with your choice of sides, enjoy!
