Tender, lip smacking, sweet Mexican slow cooked beef brisket tacos! 😍 To achieve this flavour we used Just Flavour’s Spicy Mexican and ‘Everything’ seasoning mostly consisting of garlic, onion, smoked paprika and birds eye chilli 🔥 Mixed with tomato paste, orange, lime, honey, apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard 🙌🏽

Slow-cooked Brisket Tacos
Dinner / Lunch / Meal Prep
Great for burgers, sandwiches, meal prep or bao buns!
1 tbsp Just Flavour Spicy Mexican
1 tbsp Just Flavour 'Everything'
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup orange juice (2 oranges)
- 1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup water
700g Butcher Crowd beef brisket
- 1 kale slaw kit
- 10 mini street tacos
For the tacos
- Mix brisket sauce ingredients in a slow cooker. Smother brisket with the sauce and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove the brisket and allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced and thickened to your liking.
Assemble tacos with slaw, brisket slices, sauce and avocado, enjoy!
