Quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
500g pork mince
1 x 420g can beans
1/2 cup frozen, corn

2 tbsp Just Flavour mild Mexican or 1 tbsp spicy
2 cups passata
-
1 tbsp Just Flavour Italian
8 Mission multigrain tortillas
1 - 2 cup grated cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°c. Heat oil and brown the mince for 5 minutes.
Add beans, corn, Just Flavour Mexican and 1/2 cup passata to the pan. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until the mixture has reduced slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
With the remaining passata, mix in Just Flavour Italian and pour half into a baking dish.
Portion the mince mixture into 8. With the tortillas, wrap each portion tightly and place into the baking dish.
Pour the remaining Italian passata along the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden, serve with side salad or veggies, enjoy! ✌🏽
