Level up your cooking game with Just Flavour!! 🙌🏽 In 20 minutes, we put this dish together and it’s bursting with lemon herb and oriental flavours 🤤 Minimal prep required, enjoy for lunch or dinner 😍
Lemon Herb Seared Salmon
Dinner / Lunch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Just Flavour Lemon Herb
1 tsp seeded mustard
squeeze of lemon
4 salmon fillets, 3cm thick, skin on or off (approx. 500g)
your choice of sides - we stir-fried 4 cups of sliced greens with 1 tbsp of Just Flavour Oriental and rice
Mix together oil, Just Flavour lemon herb, mustard and a squeeze of lemon. Evenly coat salmon, set aside.
Heat a non-stick pan and sear salmon for 2-3 minutes each side for medium rare or cooked to your liking, transfer to a plate.
Stir-fry veg for a few minutes in the same pan with 1 tbsp of Just Flavour Oriental and a dash of water to help soften the veg. Season with salt and pepper, serve all together, enjoy ✌🏽
