We’re keeping it simple with these flavourful lamb cutlets from the@butcher_crowd ✌🏽 you'll be done in 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp Just Flavour Italian
-
1 tsp seeded mustard
-
squeeze of lemon
-
6 lamb loin chops @butcher_crowd
-
butter for cooking
-
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
-
1 garlic clove, finely diced
-
1 tsp Just Flavour Italian
-
squeeze of lemon
-
salt & pepper
Yoghurt
Directions
For the marinade, mix together oil, Just Flavour Italian, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper. Evenly coat the lamb, set aside for 5 - 10 minutes.
Mix together yoghurt ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt some butter into a pan on medium heat. Cook lamb for about 4 - 6 minutes each side for medium - rare, or cooked to your liking.
Transfer to a plate and rest loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes.
Serve with garlic yoghurt sauce and your choice of side, enjoy! ✌🏽
