The other day we shared our Homemade Italian bread crumb recipe. To put them to good use, we’re sharing our Air fryer Italian crumbed chicken wrap recipe 🙌🏽
The chicken wraps take about 30 minutes to prepare and cook. We used our 4-in-1 @sunbeam_anz air fryer oven 👌🏽
The crumbed chicken strips can be enjoyed as is, but we wanted to wrap them up in @diegosauthenticfoods low carb wrap, because, why not?! 😍👌🏽
Air Fryer Italian Crumbed Chicken Wraps

Healthy, low fat lunch idea!

Ingredients
1 heaped tbsp (10g) wholemeal flour
1 egg, whisked
1/2 cup (45g) Just Flavour Italian breadcrumbs
180g chicken breast, strips
2 x Diego's low carb wraps
1 packed cup (80g) coleslaw
2 tbsp (40g) Heinz light aioli
Directions
- Dust the chicken strips in flour. Shake off excess, dip in the egg, then coat in the crumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken strips.
Place onto a lined air fryer tray or basket and lightly spray with oil. Air fry on 180ºc for 12 minutes, turning the chicken half way during cooking.
Assemble the wraps with coleslaw and aioli, enjoy!
