Lip smacking sweet, BBQ smothered beef brisket.. yes please! 😍To achieve this flavour we used Just Flavour's 'Everything' seasoning mostly consisting of garlic, onion and smoked paprika. Mixed with tomato paste, honey, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire and dijon mustard. Prepared in about 5 minutes then slow cooked for 6 hours and you'll be able to enjoy this succulent, flavoursome dish too! 🤩

Load up brisket slices onto burger buns with creamy slaw and cheese!

Ingredients

2 tbsp Just Flavour Everything
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
700g Butcher Crowd beef brisket
4 x large burger buns
1 x 350g slaw kit
4 x cheese slices
BBQ Brisket Sauce
For the burgers
Directions
Mix brisket sauce ingredients in a slow cooker. Smother brisket with the sauce and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove the brisket and allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced and thickened to your liking.
Assemble burgers with slaw, brisket slices, sauce and cheese, enjoy!
