I don't know about you, but food waste doesn't sit well with me 🙅🏽♀️ So I try to find ways to use everything up, without compromising my health or flavour 🙌🏽 We love bread, but it doesn't last long here in the tropics, so we store the leftovers in the freezer 🍞
Here are 3 great ways to use up leftover bread, that are seasoned with Just Flavour 🤗
1. Homemade breadcrumbs

3. Mini ham and corn toast cups
Mini Ham and Corn Toast Cups
You can use any Just Flavour blend, but today we went with Everything!
6 slices of Helga's wholemeal crust or bread (180g)
4 free range eggs
1 tbsp (30g) light ricotta
1/2 cup (50g) triple smoked ham, diced
2/3 cup (100g) frozen corn
2 tsp Just Flavour Everything
1/2 cup (40g) Danish fetta
Preheat oven to 180ºc. Line a muffin tray with crust or bread slices.
Mix together remaining ingredients with salt and pepper. Use a 1/4 cup to evenly scoop mixture into the cases.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Allow to stand for a few minutes, enjoy!
