They deliver a nice heat with notes of smoked paprika and garlic 👌🏽 loaded up with a mixture of Danish feta, semi-dried tomatoes and spring onions, then finished off with a drizzle of aioli 🤤
Ingredients

4 potatoes (approx. 500g) cut into wedges (skin on)

½ tbsp Just Flavour Spicy Mexican

½ tbsp Just Flavour 'Everything'
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup Danish feta, cubed
- 1/3 cup semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated cheese

aioli to drizzle
Directions
Cut potatoes into wedges (roughly 4 - 6 wedges each potato, keep the skin on). Mix with Just Flavour Mexican, 'Everything', oil and salt.
Line air fryer basket with baking paper, place wedges on top. Cook for 25 minutes on 180°c.
For the topping, mix together feta, tomatoes and spring onions, set aside.
Once wedges are cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese, cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Slide onto a serving plate, top with mixture and drizzle with aioli, enjoy!
