2 ingredient bagels that aren't full of sugar! 🤩
Traditional bagels are usually made with wheat flour, salt, water, yeast and sugar. They are also boiled prior to baking to set the outside crust as well as to achieve a chewy, tender interior.
This recipe is a definitely a short cut from the traditional with much less work involved 😅 so before you grill me about these not being traditional bagels, this recipe is for those looking for a 'healthier' alternative or those with dietary requirements so you can enjoy them too 🙌🏽
Easy 2 Ingredient Bagels

With only 2 main ingredients required and a pinch of Just Flavour's natural 'Everything' seasoning, these bagels only took 30 minutes to make and cook! 🤗
With a nice crispy outside and chewy inside, you don't need to be a baker to make this recipe 😉
3/4 cup (120g) wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 cup (125g) Chobani Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp Just Flavour Everything
1 tsp sesame seeds
egg wash (egg + milk) whisked
Preheat oven to 180ºc. Mix together flour, JF Everything seasoning and the firm part only, of the Greek yoghurt until well combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Divide the dough into two. Roll into thick logs and join the ends to form the shape of a bagel. Allow enough space in the middle for the dough to rise.
Place the bagels onto a lined baking tray. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden.
Remove the tray, cover with a towel and allow to stand for 5 minutes or until cool. Cut in half and load up with your choice of fillings, enjoy!
